With two individually insulated pairs in an overall screened construction, this cable is ideal for installations where noise suppression and signal integrity are critical — such as process control, building automation, security systems and instrumentation wiring.

Q. Can this cable be used for mains power distribution?
A. No. This is an instrumentation cable rated at 110V AC. It has a 240 V radial thickness sheath, and is not intended for mains power supply connection.
Q. What does the “2‑Pair” mean?
A. It means the cable contains two individually insulated signal pairs (4 cores total) meaning you can run two separate signal circuits or twisted pairs within the one outer sheath.
Q. Is the cable shielded?
A. Yes, it has an overall screen: aluminium foil plus tinned copper drain wire — this helps reduce electromagnetic interference and is suited for low‑level signal wiring.
Q. What environments is it suitable for?
A. It’s typically used in indoor or contained environments; while the sheath is robust, the cable is not necessarily rated for direct UV or weather exposure unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
Q. How flexible is the cable for routing in panels or trays?
A. With a 7/0.30 conductor stranding, it offers good flexibility suitable for routing in cable trays, panels or conduit runs typical in instrumentation cabinets.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
