Featuring an easy-to-read icon display, single-button arming, and dedicated emergency alarm buttons, it delivers streamlined access and high usability in residential or small commercial installations.

Q: How many zones does this keypad support?
A: Supports up to 8 fully programmable zones on Solution 2000 and up to 16 on Solution 3000 panels.
Q: Can I use multiple keypads on the same system?
A: Yes. You can install up to four keypads. Each must have a unique SDI‑2 address set via DIP switches. Use only addresses 01–04.
Q: Is the system easy to arm or disarm?
A: Yes — users input their code and simply hold the ‘# AWAY’ key to arm the system. Disarming uses the same method with the master code.
Q: Does it provide illuminated keys for nighttime operation?
A: Absolutely — the keypad features a white backlight in both the LCD and buttons, activated upon initial key press.
All products must be installed by a licensed electrican. DIY electrical work is illegal and very dangerous.
Change of Mind

All products returned must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. We will not allow returns on damaged or incomplete products. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
