- Large User Database with Access Control Integration: Stores up to 256–990 user credentials (PINs, fobs, smart cards, biometric door access), along with door control for up to 16 reader points.
- 5 Onboard Relay Outputs (Expandable to 37): Control alarm sirens, roller doors, lighting, air conditioning, irrigation, and more using configurable programmable outputs.

Q: Can I connect and arm the system remotely via smartphone?
A: Yes — pairing with either the Ethernet (CM751B) or GPRS/GSM (B450‑M) communicator enables arming/disarming via the RSC+ app, including system status monitoring and output control.
Q: Are wireless devices supported?
A: Yes. Bosch RADION-compatible receivers (e.g. RFRC‑STR2/B810) can connect up to 32 wireless PIRs, reeds, or remote controls to expand your zone count.
Q: Can separate areas be armed independently?
A: Absolutely. The system allows full independent control of up to 8 partitions—each with its own keypad(s) and entry codesets.
Q: What happens if power fails?
A: The system includes phone line, battery, and panel supervision. A 1.3 A transformer and 12 V SLA battery ensure operation through power outages, with automatic reporting on AC fail.
Q: Can I integrate the alarm with garage doors or lighting automation?
A: Yes. With up to 5 onboard (or up to 37 total with expansion), the relay outputs can be programmed for automation tasks such as lighting, HVAC, or roller-door control.
Q: How do time zones work?
A: You can define up to 16 time zones with up to four time periods each, automating outputs, access permissions, or arming schedules based on day/time.
All products must be installed by a licensed electrican. DIY electrical work is illegal and very dangerous.
Change of Mind
All products purchased from MJS Electrical Products & Supplies are backed by a thirty (30) day Peace of Mind Return Policy. All products returned must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. We will not allow returns on damaged or incomplete products. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
Warranties
Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and / or suppliers warranty terms and conditions (available on request). We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure. We will process product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers. All warranties are void if the product is not installed by a licensed electrician.
