Q. How far will it detect motion?
A. At a typical mounting height (around 2.3–2.4 m), it can monitor about 6 m × 6 m of space with a ~90° field of view.
Q. Can I install this outdoors?
A. No — this unit is IP20 rated for indoor use only. For external PIR sensors, look for weatherproof models.
Q. What sort of loads can it switch?
A. It supports loads up to 10 A, which is suitable for most lighting circuits and small appliances where PIR control is desired.
