A. Use a standard 6 g screw (approximately 5.0–5.5 mm shaft diameter); the plug expands to grip securely when the screw is driven in.
Q. Are these plugs reusable?
A. Generally no — once expanded in masonry and removed, the expansion effect is lost. It’s best to use a fresh plug for re‑installation.
Q. What substrate are these plugs suited for?
A. Solid masonry, concrete, brick or blockwork. They are not recommended for plasterboard or hollow‑wall fixings without additional anchoring hardware.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange a credit towards your next purchase or send a replacement product. Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
